A leading UK-based Digital Bank Selects Tx as an Automation and Functional Testing Partner

The client offers tips, tools, and personalized recommendations to provide access to simple and fair mortgage and savings products. The client does not have a standardized testing process for their applications. This was affecting their app’s functionalities, making them incapable of going into production due to differences in testing approach. Also, their current partners could not get the right output of test results because of insufficient industry knowledge. The client also faced several problems in the reporting mechanism, as they could not fetch the relevant data leaving them clueless on analytics.
In this partnership, Tx aims to improve the functional test coverage of the client’s applications and improve overall functionality. We will standardize their QA processes by implementing a test automation framework. We will deploy an offshore QA model and use a methodological approach to conduct regular knowledge transfer sessions with their internal teams and improve their test coverage to optimize their applications. We aim to reduce their overall QA cost by approximately 25%, improve time-to-market, enhance their reporting capabilities, and improve CX.
