Job Description:
- Collaborate with the QA team to develop effective strategies and test cases.
- Execute test cases manually and analyse results.
- Create bugs and defects for the existing and new functionality.
- Working knowledge of test management software tools (e.g.: Jira, Xray, CMS tools, Sauce lab).
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
- Verify and test shopping cart, payment processing and delivery processes.
- Design, develop, and document test plans with well thought out test cases Work with cross-functional teams to proactively improve on existing test plans and test cases.
- Report bugs and errors to development teams.
- Help troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Create detailed and edge test cases for each story.
- Strong communication skills.
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
