The client is one of the UK’s leading international facilities, property, and integrated workplace management software providers. They are the world’s leading operation and maintenance (O&M) management software supplier for PPP (Public-Private Partnership) contracts. 

Client’s Problem Statement 

The client sought a specialist QA services provider to test their software and help expand their business across regions. Some of their main business needs were:  

• The client required help implementing the QA part per the Agile process for their flagship facilities, property, and maintenance management software.   

• Needed a solution that could help them not miss the project release timelines as their bottom line was affected.   

• Needed to enhance their application quality (Web & Mobile) to support their expansion plans across regions (the UK and Europe).  

Solutions Offered   

Tx created a shared testing center for the client in a hybrid model, with scheduled onsite and offshore execution. Teams conducted a gap analysis of the client’s current QA processes and practices and recognized how well the QA stream could be integrated into their mainstream Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
