Client’s Problem Statement
The client was wanted to set up a QA organization for their insurance application and needed centralized test management and test automation of the insurance application. The client also needed standardized test approach, templates and reporting for managed test environment scheduling and reporting. In addition to this, the client was in need of test project planning and coordination. They required comprehensive test quality metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to measure test performance.
