The client faced delays in their release cycle due to inconsistency in testing processes, and limited automation capabilities causing manual testing bottlenecks. They needed a QA partner who could assist them in optimizing their test coverage across different testing types, implementing a test automation framework to automate repetitive and regressing testing tasks, and integrating QA practices with development and deployment processes.
