Induction training program

Welcoming new joiners with a training program that takes them through the working of the company as well as the industry. The program aims to help them learn the basics, processes and benefits of Tx, along with hands-on training on multiple projects.

Ongoing training programs

Upgrading employee skillset and cross-skilling to adapt to the latest trends is a non-negotiable for growth. These training programs include ongoing workshops for various COEs to help keep employees up with the latest market trends.

Research opportunities

Inculcating continuous learning for our employees in our advanced test lab boasting best-in-class infrastructure, including hardware, software and test tools, for employees to learn about the new tools and technologies, work on Proof of Concept (POC), and create other in-house accelerators.

Certifications

Having more than 60% of our employees holding one or more professional certifications, we empower our employees by enabling them to continuously upskill via important certifications in their area of work and interest. Some certifications are ISTQB, CSTE, PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, CEH, etc.
